Sport NZ subsidiary High Performance Sport New Zealand (HPSNZ) is responsible for developing and supporting the country’s elite athletes so we have more Kiwi winners on the world stage.
High Performance Sport NZ was formed in August 2011 through a merger of the New Zealand Academies of Sport and the former SPARC High Performance unit.
High Performance Sport NZ has its own, new website at www.hpsnz.org.nz, where you'll find news and information on support and services provided to the country's high performance athletes, including:

- Performance Enhancement Grants
- Prime Ministers Scholarships Services for carded athletes
