Kylie Clegg

Kylie is currently deputy chair of the Waitemata District Health Board. She has a corporate legal background, having specialised in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice across a range of industries for private and publicly listed companies, as well as government organisations.

Her previous governance experience has been as the chair of the New Zealand Olympic Committee's Athletes' Commission, board member of the New Zealand Olympic Committee, trustee and board member of the Halberg Disability Sports Foundation.

As a former Black Stick for nine years, including captaining the Black Sticks Women to the Sydney 2000 Olympics, sport is a integral part of Kylie's life. Today it is spent as a supporter on the sidelines of the many sports her children play at grass roots level.
