General Manager, Partnerships and Communication
Jennah joined Sport NZ in June 2018. As General Manager, Partnerships and Communications her role includes leading the Partnerships, Business Capability, Integrity, Marketing and Communications, Major Events, Commercial and Philanthropy teams based across offices in Wellington and Auckland.
She is also an independent director on the Board responsible for delivering the ICC 2021 Women’s World Cup (now deferred to 2022 due to COVID-19) and an independent director on the Board of Regional Facilities Auckland.
Jennah has extensive experience in leading and delivering commercially successful mega events. She was previously Chief Executive of the hugely successful World Masters Games in 2017 and has worked on some of New Zealand’s most high-profile events. Her earlier roles include General Manager, Destination and Manager Major Events at Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED).
She studied at Massey University, graduating with a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in Marketing Communications and Sport Business Management.
