Make sure you know the alert level for your region by visiting the Government’s COVID-19 web site. 

Remember it’s important to stay active if you are in lockdown. Exercise is important to both physical and mental wellbeing. It can help you de-stress and sleep better. The World Health Organisation recommends that all healthy adults do 30 minutes per day of physical activity and children should be physically active for 1 hour a day. If you’re in lockdown, you can try home workouts, walk, cycle or run. Just stay local and keep it low risk. Here are some key messages to keep in mind.
