South Wairarapa - Featherston.


To be eligible, applications must be from non-profit organisations that are
benefiting the local Featherston community. All grants will be considered on a case by case basis and must list all funding raised at time of application. Grants are considered every second meeting throughout the year.

Applicants need not be incorporated bodies, but the Board must be satisfied that they are responsible organisations which will be fully accountable for any grants they receive, have relevance to the Community and do not qualify for Creative Communities New Zealand funding.

Featherston Community Board considers grant applications at their 6-weekly meetings.  The meeting schedule for 2020 is available here. Applications must reach the Council not less than ten days before the relevant

Conditions of acceptance

An accountability form must be completed within 3 months of project completion.
