We are pleased to announce that nominations are open for our Future Leaders programme targeted at those in a senior leadership role and our Women in Leadership programme for those in team leadership roles.

These programmes are designed to further develop outstanding capability and influence across the sector. The programmes are aligned to the Leadership Framework developed ‘for the sector by the sector’. Each programme is participant-led combining real challenges and opportunities with the latest thinking about leadership development-including what we know about neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and the psychology of learning.

Participation in the Executive Leaders programme is by invitation only. If you are interested in being considered please contact your Partnership Manager.

Participation on the Future Leaders programme and the Women in Leadership programme can be via nomination from your Chief Executive, Line Manager or you may nominate yourself. You must have Chief Executive approval to attend our programmes. Further information about the criteria, and how to apply, can be found here.
