The Sport NZ Ihi Aotearoa Graduate Programme exists to develop talented future leaders within the play, active recreation, and sport sector. It's ultimate goal is to provide our partners with a pipeline of talented individuals with leadership potential to meet the future capability needs of our sector. In addition, the position aims to identify and develop potential, build personal and professional capability, and endorse the presence of graduates within the New Zealand play, active recreation, and sport sector.
