Kia Toipoto - pay gaps action plan 2025–27
The Sport NZ Group has launched its third pay gaps action plan under Kia Toipoto. The plan has been developed to align with our Group values, and commitment to the Public Service Pay Gap Action Plan – Kia Toipoto. Its focus is to address the drivers of gender, Māori, Pacific Peoples and ethnic pay gaps.
Kia Toipoto — Public Service Pay Gaps Action Plan 2021–24
The plan includes an analysis of our current gender and ethnic pay gaps. It outlines what has been achieved to date to address the pay gaps based on the last action plan and our intended actions for 2025-2027 based on our Group strategy. It includes initiatives to help diversify our workforce, build our cultural competency, address any bias and discrimination, and help our people to develop their careers.

As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, we want to identify and address any barriers that impact our people because of their gender or ethnicity.
