New record-keeping requirements for salaried employees.

The Employment Relations Act 2000 was amended with effect from 1 April 2016 to make record-keeping requirements more stringent. Sector organisations will need to record additional hours worked by salaried employees to show that minimum employment entitlements are met. Our legal advisers have provided us with some advice on this issue and other employment law changes.
