I've ensured event website and supporting materials are accessible. Printed material is available in alternate formats. 

Venue 

There is a plan for:

  • ​Service Animals 
  • ​Entry and exits (including emergency planning)
  • ​Accessible bathrooms

Registration 

​We have asked attendees about their accessibility requirements when registering and have confirmed in writing.

Interpreters 

We have booked interpreters for the event. 

Seating and Accommodations 

​Specific seating or other accommodations have been confirmed and planned for. 

Near to public transport 

Attendees can find and reach the venue by public transport. 

Support 

​There is support for the attendee to get food and drinks, find the bathroom or orienting them to the venue. 

Presenting 

​Presenters understand the need to pause and speak clearly so that all attendees and interpreters can follow along.

Alternative formats 

Content will be available in a variety of formats – not just printed.
