Play principle 2

Video transcript

[Young People’s Manager: Kane Wilson speaking]

The second play principle is about physical literacy, and that is about acknowledging the social, cognitive, physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of development in young people, and it allows us to have a opportunity to discover what our what our purpose and what our real reason for being physically active is about. It allows you to do any activity, and to do this activity in your own time, and as far as one of the key principles of physical literacy is concerned, it allows you to do it for your entire life. So the sustainability principle is apparent, and it is very real, and you are doing what you are doing and why you are doing it for an absolute purpose and reason.
