This Advisory looks at the core differences between contractors and employees and the implications if you use a contractor arrangement incorrectly (i.e. when the true nature of the relationship is one of employment).

Also provided in this Advisory is a separate checklist to help determine whether someone might be a contractor or employee and a template contractor agreement that organisations can use if wanting to set someone up as a contractor.
