Gina Mills

Gina is an experienced executive leader and is currently Head of Leadership and Culture at Southern Cross Health Insurance. She serves on the SPCA Board and brings significant governance experience from previous roles, including Chair of Northern Region Football and as a member of the ICAEW Australasian Strategic Advisory Group. A Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Gina spent more than 20 years at EY in senior leadership roles. She has a strong track record in organisational development, diversity and inclusion, transformation and delivering results in complex environments. A strong believer in the importance of being active as part of being well, Gina is a keen golfer, enjoys walking with her dogs, and retains a longstanding connection to football.
