Sport facilities whole-of-life cost analysis report

The cost of developing, maintaining and renewing sports facilities is significant. Understanding the total cost of a facility over its lifetime can help inform planning and investment decisions.

The report provides facility owners, managers and operators with indicative whole of life costs (per square metre) for a range of sports facilities, including:

• outdoor stadiums and arenas with rectangular playing surfaces

• outdoor stadiums and arenas with oval playing surfaces

• multi-use indoor facilities

• specialist sport facilities.
