I’m a healthier, happier human when I'm moving regularly. So I love being able to share that passion for movement with tamariki and teachers. I really from an early age understood that the benefits of being active were far more than just physical. So I really love being able to assist tamariki and teachers to understand themselves, connect with each other and then in turn help the health of Aotearoa. My first fond memory of being active would be playing in a swimming pool with my brother and sister. We'd spend all day in the water, making up our own games only coming out when our fingers were pruney or we were starving.
