I always look back at when I was growing up about a number of sports that I played and how many things I was involved with and how did that shape me as an athlete. You know I was able to play a game of basketball, at the same time play a game of cricket, play rugby.
The one thing I don't believe is that kid should have to make a decision early in life because you don't know.
There's no evidence to support a kid specializing early, when they're young, that'll go on to have adult success, there was nothing - in fact we have evidence that disproves that.
It's about letting kids enjoy what they're doing, focusing on the fact they're at that they have fun, they do that first and foremost, and then those opportunities will come later.
