Active Recreation Impact Report

Active Recreation Impact Report
Sport NZ believes active recreation plays a vital role in supporting wellbeing outcomes for rangatahi in Aotearoa, offering diverse and flexible opportunities to be physically active.

The Active Recreation for Rangatahi Plan 2021-2024 sets out Sport NZ’s commitments to active recreation for rangatahi to ensure more opportunities are available and accessible.

Three years on, we’ve made significant progress in our goals to get more rangatahi active and increase understanding and knowledge of active recreation across our collective mahi. The results are outlined in this Active Recreation Impact Report.

As we move into our 2024-2028 strategic we will be taking our learnings with us to shape a new future where all rangatahi are supported to be active.
