Appoint Better Boards is a free platform connecting women with governance opportunities across the sport and recreation sector. Organisations can search for potential board members by region, skills and experience, while women can create a profile to be considered for board roles in their communities.

Te Hāpaitanga is a holistic coach development initiative enabling more women to pursue and maintain careers in high performance coaching in New Zealand.

Leading by example, the organisation spent 12 months focusing on gender equity internally first before releasing their strategy to support the region.
